New song and video about Zodiac case history

Hello all.

My name is Keith Moss, I'm a musician and songwriter from Ireland with a deep interest in the Zodiac case ever since I stumbled upon a reference to it in a True Crime book about ten years ago. I then ordered Robert Graysmith's 'Zodiac' book which really ignited my fascination with this inscrutable, complex and uniquely-puzzling case.

Soon after finishing 'Zodiac' I wrote a song about the Zodiac case called 'Torture In Paradise' and later I was signed to a record deal with Reekus Records, who last month released this song as a single, which has gotten very-positive reviews from the likes of Hot Press (the Irish equivalent of Rolling Stone magazine). The story of Zodiac is not well-known in Ireland at all. Zodiac-watchers will surely recognise the many references to his letters and case details in the lyrics. Here it is if you'd like to check it out:

(There are two videos - one is the main video and the other is a clip I painstakingly put together at home which relates the story in a more literal way)

True Confession?

There is a lot of banter about this letter all over the Internet. This talk has been going on for years. Each time something is mentioned about the letter, other factors are clouded. I have been trying to understand the letter for six years now. I cannot say whether the letter was written by an early Zodiac or not. However, I do not think the letter was written by the killer of Cheri Jo Bates, but I will keep an open mind.

1st: The author claims to have pulled the middle wire from the distributor, and the police claim this fact was not released to the public prior to receiving the confession. The fact that the "middle" wire was pulled may not have been released but the information that a distributor wire had been pulled WAS released, and guessing that it was the middle wire would have been easy, especially during the 1960's when every hometown American boy knew a little about fixing cars.

2nd: The author states that he waited for her in the library and followed her out after about two minutes. It is highly unlikely that the murderer would disable her vehicle so close to the time that the library would close. Two minutes? Anyone wishing to disable a vehicle without getting caught would most certainly have disabled the vehicle earlier.

3rd: The battery must have been about dead by then. offered to help. This statement alludes to the possibility that the author was not present at the time of the murder. Had he actually followed Ms. Bates outside, he would have been in close proximity to her and would have been able to observe her trying to start her vehicle. The killer would SURELY have know the battery was dead, but the author only BELIEVES it "must have been dead."

4th: The author states that his vehicle was down the street, he would give Bates a ride home, and they were walking away from the library. The books on the seat, the keys in the ignition, and the windows down are indicative of someone planning to return to the vehicle if they were in fact leaving. It would be difficult to accost someone from a vehicle without being seen or heard so I do believe Bates walked away from her vehicle, but not to get a ride home. She took her bag with change but left her books and keys. She more than likely was leaving in search of a pay phone to call her father.

5th: The author claims to have placed one hand over her mouth and the other hand with a knife against her throat. But yet her breasts felt very warm and firm under his hands. Unless he had FOUR hands, this would have been impossible. I believe the author of the letter inserted that part for his OWN sexual gratification while composing the letter.

6th: The author wanted to make her pay for the brush offs she had given him during the years prior. If we are to believe that, then that would indicate that the killer knew Ms. Bates. Surely she would have said something to one of her friends if someone was continuously trying to meet her. And that point alone would surely have reduced the suspect pool. No physical evidence could be matched to ANY boy in Ms. Bates past so none of them were the killers, but one of them surely could have written the confession.

7th: "I plunged the knife into her and it broke." This was the only part of the letter that seemed out of place. Everyone knows she was stabbed so the use of a knife was no secret. There was no indication that the knife broke in any of the reports or at the crime scene. The knife had a three inch blade and I would deduce it was a folding pocket knife, which was popular at the time. The latch on the knife may have broke causing the blade to fold while stabbing, cutting the assailant. That may be how the killer was injured enough to drop blood at the scene while leaving. Scratches from Ms. Bates' were surely not deep enough to cause "dripping" blood. The loss of the locking action would also have caused the killer to change from stabbing her, to slashing her throat. No one, not even the police, could have known that the knife had broke so there really was no point in putting that fact in the letter. If there were not so many faults in the letter, I would guess that the author WAS the killer. However, there are too many fallacies so I believe the author of the confession claimed the knife broke to add credence to his "confession", believing that a "broken knife" claim would not be proven nor disproven, and would appear as an intimate detail in the letter (something only the killer would know.)

Conclusion: Inconclusive, but it appears to me at this time to NOT have been written by the killer.

My name is - solved

Hi all,

please allow me first two simple assumptions:

1.         To Zodiac, the first victim was the most relevant one.

Every serial killer has his first killing and in most cases it is something special even to him. At least if he isn´t medically insane. Most times, he has a strong emotional intention why he performs his first killing. Just later on the inhibition threshold gets less and motives of killing may have become even irrelevant.

2.         Zodiac had a crystal clear motivation for his (first) killing.

All codes, letters and killings later-on have been a further sequence of his disgraceful action. Letters and killings made this case just more and more complicated, maybe it was even his attention to confuse the public. Serial killers sometimes continue killing just to hide their first deed.

So I´d like to focus on the first killing we know about. Although there are some indications that the first killing might have been the one of Robert Domingos and Linda Edwards there are some hints that this killing has not been done by Zodiac (I won´t exclude either theory):

Pro:

-         Shooting students with a .22 caliber (like Lake Hermann) in the back of the kids while fleeing

-         Remote location close to water

-         Rope, knife, burning issues

Contra:

-         No letters, calls

-         Cutting of the bathing suit

-         Placing body of Edwards face-up on the one of Domingos

-         Trial to hide the bodies

I kept my eyes on Cheri Jo Bates as the first killing of Zodiac. At this point of time letters, ciphers and calls have started. Even if there has been a connection between Zodiac and Domingos/Edwards, for some reasons I believe that Zodiac knew Cheri Jo Bates at least, but let´s go on:

After excessive attempts to solve the ‚Button Letter‘ cipher as well as the ‚Dripping Pen Card‘ cipher, I finally had to give up. Meanwhile I believe that these ciphers are only of little value as Zodiac helped us much more with his most provoking ‘My name is’ letter as well as with his confession letter (which is related to Cheri Jo Bates).

One thing seems to be obvious: He liked to play games (and maybe still does). If he ever told us his name, he did it in the cipher of the ‘My name is’ letter. On first sight, it seems impossible to solve this cipher - and Zodiac as the creator of the cipher was fully aware of that. He could feel safe about his identity and could therefore use his real name.

So I focused on this cipher and - on a closer look - we all know some facts about it:

a.         13 letters won´t tell anything about the length of his first, last or middle name. It doesn´t even tell us if his name is written as two or three words. I´d like to mention that Karen, the babysitter of Darlene Ferrin, due to a police report of Jim Husted remembered the name of the man at Derlene´s painting party as following:

“The first name was very short, three or four letters and the second name was just slightly longer. The name was quite common."

b.         The ‘magic 8’ letter that appears three times in the cipher is positioned centrally in the middle of the cipher on place 5, 7 and 9, which seems to be quite untypical. Assuming that ‘magic 8’ stands for a vowel makes it quite difficult to create any text as most of the words don’t sound like ‘takana’, ‘molomo’ or similar. Further many first names end or start with a consonant, which even would make it worse (making names sound like ‘Arthur Uluntah’ or so). A simple abnormality that still could be explainable with the right two words adjoining each other, no matter if ‘magic 8’ stands for a vowel or a consonant.

c.         Now it´s getting even worse: Also symmetric, on position 3 and 11 we have the same letter as well (‘N’) making almost 50% of the cipher symmetric. Reading with a mirror? Makes no sense to me, there must be another solution.

d.         Finally the symbols ‘A’, ‘N’ and ‘M’ show up twice in the cipher, all three at the end.

This seemed like b******t even to me, so while trying to solve the cipher my mind came up with multiple thoughts regarding Zodiac´s personality:

•         Killing of Cheri Jo Bates in Riverside always seemed to be a Zodiac one, if not the first killing activity of Zodiac. At this point of time, nobody could yet know how many victims would have followed. However his killing clearly is identifiable as a Zodiac one because of a simple but very unusual fact: Letters have been sent to the press as well as to Cheri Jo Bates´ father. Also the handwriting on the envelopes seems plausible, although the letter writing itself could have been done e.g. a child or in an erratic status of strong emotions. In typical ‘Zodiac style’ envelopes show up with ‘ to the editor’ so I think there is almost no doubt that it has been a Zodiac killing. (For the number freaks: Riverside City College has been founded on a 13th of March, so did Zodiac send a letter in 1971 on the same date)

•         Zodiac knew Cheri Jo Bates. Why? The letters have been sent to Mr. Joseph Bates. Not only did Zodiac know the name and address of her father but did he seem to be informed about her living status (mother lived separated, otherwise he might have addressed to both of them). Further in the ‘Confession Letter’ from 29th of November 1966, Zodiac clearly states that he had stalked Cheri Jo Bates for years.

Although the confession letter might not have been typed with the same typewriter like the Zodiac card from 5th October 1970 (btw, it is said that the confession letter has been copy-typed and it has been sent 30 days after the killing - according to a moon phase?), Zodiac mentions his most concrete points leading to his person ever. He never again gave us so much detailed information about himself:

o         MAYBE SHE WILL BE THE BEAUTIFUL BLOND THAT BABYSITS NEAR THE LITTLE STORE AND WALKS DOWN THE DARK ALLEY EACH EVENING ABOUT SEVEN.

Zodiac mentions clearly a potential victim in the area. Which store? Which blonde? Which dark alley? We probably will never know (although Karen from Darlene Ferrin was a babysitter as well). But let´s go on:

o         OR MAYBE SHE WILL BE THE SHAPELY BRUNETT THAT SAID NO WHEN I ASKED HER FOR A DATE IN HIGH SCHOOL.

Have you been looking for ‘reasons’ of his killing actions? This is it! A simple ego problem! We probably also will never find out the brunette’s identity. Then Zodiac tries to confuse us as the readers of his confession letter:

o         BUT MAYBE IT WILL NOT BE EITHER. BUT I SHALL CUT OFF HER FEMALE PARTS AND DEPOSIT THEM FOR THE WHOLE CITY TO SEE. SO DON'T MAKE IT TO EASY FOR ME. KEEP YOUR SISTERS, DAUGHTERS, AND WIVES OFF THE STREETS AND ALLEYS.

Let´s not forget that he knew the family Bates by name. Now he simply try to confuse by telling us that it could hit any woman (except grannies, maybe). Although he tried to avoid her first name as well (‘She had to die’), he tries to confuse us again and wants to make us believe that he has not been close to her:

o         MISS BATES WAS STUPID.

But after some nasty text about the killing he continues:

o         I WAITED FOR HER IN THE LIBRARY (…) WHEN WE WERE AWAY FROM THE LIBRARY WALKING

…instead of ‘…when I walked with her away from the library’. He had access to the library and obviously accompanied her from the manipulated car to the killing place. Now it´s getting exciting:

o         (…) FELT WARM AND VERY FIRM UNDER MY HANDS, BUT ONLY ONE THING WAS ON MY MIND. MAKING HER PAY FOR ALL THE BRUSH OFFS THAT SHE HAD GIVEN ME DURING THE YEARS PRIOR. (…) I AM STALKING YOUR GIRLS NOW.

This is the essential key - not only that his feelings for her have been at sentimentally or sexually; his prior motivation is not to kill any girl but to kill exclusively Cheri Jo Bates, the girl that gave him brush-offs for years! Only her! And later-on the others who gave him brush-offs. Maybe also Linda Edwards has been one of them! Zodiac killed Cheri Jo Bates for the brush-offs that she had given him during the years prior!

He couldn´t possess her, so that´s why he killed her.

Not only she did refuse him, so did the blonde and the brunette and many others. But about Cheri we know that he had ‘suffered’ these brush-offs for a longer time period. I wish I could talk to some of Cheri Jo Bates’ schoolmates about this.

Zodiacs interest in Cher Jo Bates was not a short-term interest. His ‘suffering’ went on for years and is only what he felt and of course no excuse at all.

But where did Zodiac know Cheri Jo Bates from?

Want an idea?

Ramona High.

Ramona High has been the school Cheri Jo Bates went to before she got to Riverside City College. Ramona High was (almost) the only place where Zodiac could´ve met Cheri for ‘years prior’.

The desktop poem in the library of Riverside City College has been signed with an ‘rh’. It stands for everything else but Zodiacs personal initials – these initials stand either for RH Bradshaw, Director of Riverside City College, or simply for Ramona High. At that point of time, risk to be found among the students by figuring out the initials was too high. So instead his own initials he took the initials of the director or his old school which at that time might have been the only thing left that connected him to Cheri. Zodiac might have stalked Cheri for years and have there also been rumors of discussions at Riverside City College just days before her killing. Maybe Zodiac didn´t make it on Riverside City College?

But back to the ‘My Name is’ cipher:

If you take a look in the 1964 yearbook of Ramona High, you’ll find a Zodiac symbol in one of its student drawings (http://www.zodiackiller.com/CrossCircle.html). Not only motivated by the sign, the killer rather presumably might have drawn it by himself (for the first time in his life?). He therefore has been a classmate or school colleague of Cheri Jo Bates, Zodiac was a member of Ramona High (don´t forget the ‘fellow student’ signature of the Patricia Hautz letter, no clue if she wrote it for him or herself or even not at all).

Now let´s do the homework:

On website http://www.mylife.com is a source to look-up the 324 kids having graduated from Ramona High from 1962 to 1966. Which of these names is matching the symmetric cipher repeating some of the letters at the end? The one with the triple ‘magic 8’s? Some names almost match like Margaret Anaya, Olga Paramo or Steve Wells. But all of them might match the triple ‘magic 8’s but are either too short to fit in the 13-letter-cipher or don´t match with the ‘N’, ‘A’ or the ‘M’ as well. ). Only one name matches 92%:

JOHN EVERETH JR

Zodiac again. In each cipher he had sent over the years he tried to confuse by making errors in the code (‘The Cofession letter’ ). John Evereth might be written with an h, but John Everett Jr. is the real name of Cheri Jo Bates’ schoolmate. It might be interesting to have a closer look in the yearbook (1964/65).

John Everett Jr.

John Everett Jr…a name which perfectly fits in Zodiac style to the ‘My name is’ cipher. John Everett Jr. from ‘rh’, Ramona High - the school where Zodiac met Cheri and had received all the brush-offs he mentioned later on in his confession letter.

While Bates family lived just around the corner of Ramona High (4195 Vía San Jose, the address on the envelope of the letter sent to Mr. Bates), there are at least two indications of where John Evereth Jr. used to live (or still lives):

a.)         Radaris.com shows up with 6473 1/2 Valley Drive, 92505 Riverside. This place is only about five miles away from Bates’ home. John Everett Jr.´s way to school must have been Arlington Avenue, then Jefferson Street to Magnolia Avenue. Cheri´s way to Ramona high was Jefferson Street as well; for about 800m Zodiac and John had the same way to school (does Jefferson Elementary school around the corner play any role? I read that Zodiac used Jefferson postage..double postage often, Z trademark? Cheri and John walking on Jefferson?). By the way, Radaris also offers a phone number: (909) 785-8909. Please don´t call as it could lead to some reactions we definitely don´t want if we are looking for a clean solution of the case (http://radaris.com/p/John/Everett/CA/)

b.)         Mylife.com shows up with the city Murietta which is less than 40 miles away from Ramona High and therefore is close to Riverside as well

His name is short and common.

His first name has only four letters.

His last name is even slightly longer.

His full name due to year book has 13 letters.

His name matches the ‘My name is’ cipher.

His school was Ramona High.

He lived close to Cheri Jo Bates.

He had the same way to school.

He might have had access to the Riverside College Library.

He signed the desktop poem with ‘rh’

He knew Mr. Bates and his address.

His letter has been stamped in Riverside.

Zodiacs Timex watch

Zodiac had lost a Timex watch at the crime scene and have there been some discussions if Zodiac might have had a closer relationship to Europe, Great Britain or a military base (due to his boots…what about Riverside municipal airport? Maybe his father was specialized in codes? We already know his name..John Everett Sr.).

Somebody claimed that the Timex had a British serial number on it, interesting although I haven´t seen any proof for that. By the way, was it an automatic? Energy could have had run out easily hours before the crime…

Is Zodiac still active?

There is a letter which – some might laugh on me – has an incredibly perfect handwriting of the Zodiac. It has been sent on 29th of September 2009 to a record label (http://www.zodiackillerrecords.com/). It might be a fake of course, if so the handwriting especially of the Z has been done perfect.

Further in an internet chat some guy mentioned the Zodiac movie being among the best movies at all (‘My personal favorite this year was "Zodiac"). Guess who answered on a 30th of December? Someone calling himself John Everett. His comment? ‘Great video’.

Conclusion.

Until now I haven´t done any further research on these information. However I found it quite difficult to find any name matching the ‘My name is’ cipher at all. For weeks I used to try thousands of names from diverse name lists, believe me it is almost impossible to find a match that can be connected to the Zodiac cases. For those who don´t trust my theory, you might want to have a closer look on Californian e.g. Riverside prison inmates matching the cipher.

To me, John Everett is some sort of a match. And definitely not a bad one.

Maybe John Everett still lives at 6473 Valley Drive.

Maybe he moved to Murietta.

My most funny theory about John Everett today is that he operates a senior Jazz band called ‘John Everett´s Red Dragon Jazzmen’.

They play songs like the ‘Hiawatha Rag’, ‘It´s a sin to tell a lie’ or ‘Down by the Riverside’. Or ‘The great escape’.

By the way, they have their own CD as well. It´s called Riverside. Nice drawings on the cover. A few little red dragons are on it. Remember the ‘Dragon card’ from 28th of April 1970?.

You might want to have a closer look at the tails of the dragons..because they have the same triangle ends on it similar to the one on the ‘Dragon Card’. Although the dragons had become smoother over the time, the triangle tail is there.

Zodiac might have been an artist. A painter (remember the paint on the Timex?) for walls, movie posters or even postcards and CD covers. Eventually he is now playing at a senior Jazz band.

Would be great to hear about your comments and actions on it.

Hello all,

here's some silly homework I did on the original decoded z340 ciphertext in hope to produce a more plausible and coherent plaintext. I've tried to ignore any presumed zodiac-symbol based transpositions ruleset. The zodiac-symbols maybe used to extend the alphabet to prevent literal repetition and ensure more entropy in the ciphertext. Some repeating glyphs suggest the existence of such a ruleset (transpositions like literal sliding, literal duplication, append next literals in reversed odd/even order< and literal rotation of the whole sentence).

I've substituted a few literals from the original decoded ciphertext as I found some were out of order like )(> ;-) The plaintext

A theory based on the definite Zodiak Killer Attack Dates.

$
0
0
THE FOUR DEFINITE ZODIAC ATTACKS ARE:

1st. Definite Zodiac Attack:

Place: "Lake Herman Road"

Victims: David Faraday, Betty Lou Jensen.

Date: 12/20/68

2nd. Definite Zodiac Attack:

Place: "Blue Rock Springs"

Victims: Mike Mageau, Darlene Ferrin.

Date: 07/05/69

3rd. Definite Zodiac Attack:

Place:"Lake Berryessa"

Victims: Cecelia Shepard, Bryan Hartnell.

Date: 09/27/69

4th. Definite Zodiac Attack:

Place: "Presidio Heights"

Victims: Paul Stine.

Date: 10/11/69

I paid special attention to the dates when this attacks took place:

12/20/68

07/05/69

09/27/69

10/11/69

Next i arranged this numbers in this way:

1+2+2+0+6+8= 19

0+7+0+5+6+9= 27

0+9+2+7+6+9= 33

1+0+1+1+6+9= 18

Ok, now it´s time to connect this numbers: 18, 33, 27, 19 with the some of the evidence in this case:

18-33 "match exactly to the day and year that Arthur Leigh Allen was born acording to his 1971 drivers licence"

27-19 "match to an address number", since 3 of four of the Zodiac attacks happened outdoors the logical thing to do is go for the only definite crime that happens inside city boundaries: "The Paul Stine murder site":

This happened in the corner of Washington St. & Cherry st.

- 2719 Cherry St., San Francisco, CA., USA: This is a very short street comparing to Washington St. and this particular address does not exists according to google maps.

- 2719 Washington St. San Francisco, Ca., USA: This points to an address located exactly on the corner of Washington St & Steiner St, about 13-14 blocks west from the Paul Stine murder scene.

If we draw a line "using google maps technology" from Washington St & Cherry St to 2719 Washington St. we get something like this:

Ok, now lets zoom out 3 to 4 times ( this will depends on your computer pixels resolution )

The goal is to draw an imaginary line from point B to point A and extend it all the way to Mount Diablo.

Click on image to see it large:

As you know Mount Diablo was a Zodiac reference point, in the June 26 1970 Button letter Zodiac includes a phillips 66 road map: ( see the picture below )

Brief history about this particular site:

Mount Diablo was name after General Mariano G Vallejo in an 1850 report to the legislature, gave the derivation of the name: MT DIABLO from its native american to spanish to anglo form.

Now Vallejo city in California was named after general Mariano G Vallejo and the nearby city of Benicia is named for his wife ( Neé Francisca Benicia Carrillo )

This fact it´s connected to the Arthur Leigh Allen´s driver´s licence filed as evidence:

Conclusion

Quote:

This facts unfortunately can not be taken as CONCLUSIVE, they are circumstancial.

Allen made a huge effort to hide in his letters the relation between him and the Zodiac Killer (though he was the same person i believe) but he left always some clues to lead investigators to his true identity as i proved in this theory.

RPA Solution: Contextual Analysis of 340 Cipher Plaintext

I arrived at my decipherment of the Zodiac 340 in early 2008 and had neither sought after – nor read – any of the following articles until 2009-10 at the earliest. So, I feel that by now some newsworthy contextual analysis is in order.

Oh... and let me throw in a bonus context that I was equally unaware of at the time of my solution. You see the deciphered line:

"OH SLOW NOT KILLINGG"?

Well it just so happens that Rob Huffman, who as a boy knew Arthur Leigh Allen first-hand, and whose father was a neighborhood best friend of Allen’s, remembers Allen making such faux-poetic, affected interjections:

“‘You did not deliver me into a multitude of chipmunks . . . Oh, woe,’ Leigh later wrote about a similar experience.”

... which does recall certain memories of "Oh well, it was red anyway" and perhaps, "starting with the woeman & her baby" ...

But alas! I digress from my analysis at hand.

— "yer" ... err ... I mean, "YOR" fren,

Greetings everyone, Kindly check out this newly published crime suspense thriller novel--a fictional epic advancing a fresh, fact-based line of inquiry to follow up in pursuit of the Zodiac Killer, not another questionable "theory" or suspect: SAN FRANCISCO'S FINEST: GUNNING FOR THE ZODIAC.  Ignore the first negative "review" and sample instead the "Read Inside" preview at Amazon.com.  This "reviewer" is just a "hater" who obviously hasn't read the first word of the new novel.  Anybody can judge this impartially for theirself.  Enjoy being intrigued!

The SFPD has an active suspect in the Zodiac case.  Remember it is always an inside job.
They are looking at Robert Graysmith.  I have turned in a 70 page report and 4 4ft by 4ft wall boards that were photographed and audio taped 11 months ago.  I gave physical evidence that it is him.  Remember the big ones are always an inside job.  The book Zodiac Unmasked explains the murders he did.
It is active investigation.

Regarding my Suspect-Robert Graysmith

Dear Forum,

Your man double dipped. Not only did he start at the SF Chronicle of Sept. 16, 1968: one day before his birthday, as I have arrived to the world but he also worked under STAN LEE in the Magazine CRACKED.
IT was before MAD magazine.  I have the first 12 copies I got off of e-bay.  Graysmith is in almost all of them. Remember penniciliers have their own style.  If you compare the CRACKED magazine of graysmith's cartooning and compare to the 1990 CHRISTMAS CARD you will see the exact match of the nose, glasses, mustache and eyebrows among other things.  Remember if you look at the Katana Yearbook in the prior post.  Look at Graysmith's eyebrows. LOOK at the Nose and compare to pictures in CRACKED

ONE OTHER THING> WHEN YOU OPEN THE 1990 CARD AND TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN YOU WILL FIND SOMETHING INTERESTING. YOU WILL FIND SEVEN< SEVENS. 7 times 7 is 49. 49 nine victims. Also it is the old number to the SF CHRONICLE. 777-7777 equals 49.

Lastly remember the 1970 Card to the SF CHRONICLE>  PARADICE--LIKE INNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN>>

ROLL the Rice-------Like in what are the best odds in Vegas, CRAPS, BlACKJACK and BackGammon.

He is playing the house odds which is less than the player odds. HE needs a challenge.

SO REMEMBER THESE NUMBERS  7, 11, 21.  Everything adds up to to this.

Sept 16,  1968.     Starts at Chronicle   Sept is the 9 month plus 1 plus 6 equals 16 one plus 6 equal 7.

Guess what old game over start new game  1 plus 9 plus 6 plud 8 is 24.  but 2 plus 4 equals 6. Guess

what new rolls a 6 NEW GAME.

Quits SF CHRONICLE on Sept 16, 1983. You do the math and compare to above paragraph.

REMEMBER there were seven victims.  Ages from 16               to           29.  Guess what 1 plus 6 is 7.

2 plus 9 equals 11.  GET THE PICTURE.  7 counties in the bay area. Seven Bridges. And it goes on and on.

Bates murder on.  How many stabbings.  Ferrin murder, how many shots.  Etc, Etc..

DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Dec. 21, 2012 sfgate.com article.- There are clues there.

Facebook-Robert Graysmith, author San Francisco. There are 21 pictures of his office.  There are clues

count everything. Study the office pictures.  You will see his system in the office pictures.
